We want you to love your Lodge cast iron purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition, with all packaging intact

Items must not show signs of use, scratches, or damage

Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required

Non‑returnable items:

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Products purchased from other retailers

Return Shipping Costs

All orders ship free within Canada. For returns:

Since all orders ship free, no original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (product + packaging)

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you

How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return

We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and instructions

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging

Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in our return instructions

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund Timing
After we receive your return, we inspect the items within one business day. We approve refunds within one business day of completing the inspection.
We issue refunds to the original payment method you used at checkout.
Your financial institution may require an additional 7 business days to post the credit to your account.
Because all orders receive free shipping, no outbound shipping fee is refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
